Shipping Policy

At this time AJ's Shoe Bar ships merchandise to locations within the United States. All orders are processed Monday - Friday only from 10:00am – 5:00pm central standard time following verification of payment. Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.

Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge of $35. All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.  

During the holiday season there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.     

*DOMESTIC SHIPPING*

AJ’s Shoe Bar offers free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 before shipping and after any discount code is applied. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $12 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS.

 *TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE*

Tracking information will be provided on all orders. Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a notification email, with tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information after you place your order.
